Naugatuck River - Seymour
Message:
I had some daylight to kill so I decided to hit up the Naugy from 630-830 pm.
It was a rather productive night with catching 2 Smallies, one being around 1 lb, 3 smaller sized trout (all brookies), handful of golden shiners, and what I believe could have been a blue back herring? It was about 14" long and had big silver scales with a blue back.....never caught one before :?
All fish were caught on a silver pheobe.....I left my phone in the car so no pics today :(

Sounds like a good evening of fishing! Where exactly did you go, I live in Seymour but have never really fished the Naugy much.
