Rod and Reel Combo Question

Please don't laugh, but I posted under my newbie section that I would like to get back out fishing on an extremely limited budget. I found a few options on Dick's Sporting Goods website. I know they prob aren't anywhere near quality gear, but just kind of want something to get out there. I can always upgrade in the future.
I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with any of these poles and if they would recommend them or not. I would like to do some saltwater as well as freshwater fishing. Thanks.
