Anyone here ever fish Coe pond in Ansonia?

Hello fellow anglers. I'm new to the forum. Great site for tips BTW. Thank you to all those that contribute.
I found Coe Pond on the map and was wondering if anyone here fishes it. If so, what's in there, how do you access it, is it worth the time to go try it out?

I live not far away! The Ansonia side is not accessible with out traversing private property and steep banks. The Seymour side is accessible through the Ansonia side of the walk way but it's gonna be a hike. I've thought of riding my bike through there but haven't had a chance yet.
It does look like pristine bass territory.
