Keeney Cove Point Road

I was at point road fishing a bit with my friends and we saw a nice carp in the water there and one of my friends put a bluefox in the water and hooked on to it and caught a scale and those scales are huge. Anyways everyone was catching crappies i had one myself but it fell off and there was a guy there and his name was Pete and he had a TON of bluegill on a chain i offered him a crappie and he said he had too many already. Anyone know Pete?
