Is it permissable to sell rifles / shotguns in the classified section?

They are not sold here just advertised.
Rifles can be sold second hand without any paperwork required although it is recommended to register the firearms. Pistols are required to have specific paperwork filled out and filed with the State. The buyer must also have a valid pistol permit.

Let me just add...you are responsible to find out the local laws governing firearm sales and/or purchase in the State prior to any sale and/or purchase.
