Governor Malloy Requests Help for Connecticut Fishermen

The Governor has asked the Federal Commerce Secretary for a groundfish (i.e., bottom dwelling fish such as cod or flounder) disaster declaration, which would make Connecticut commercial fishermen eligible for federal subsidies:

Interesting read. I tried to look up commercial fishing regulations for limits on these fish, no luck.
