Bunnells Pond 9/16
Message:
Sunday afternoon I hit Bunnells Pond started around 1:30pm. Started off at the rocks.
Threw a variety of lures, including the traditional silver shad JSR-4 and chartreuse ghost X-Rap Popper. Nothing worked.
Later moved over to the cement wall near the confluence of the Pequonnock and Bunnells. Nothing there.
Next stop was near where I caught the 4.8 pound largemouth. Caught a dinky largemouth with the Jointed Shad Rap.
Moved to the cove and the island but never had a follower or hit. Tried throwing a weedless frog in the cove but nothing.
Later I headed farther up.
