Saugatuck Res
Message:
I fished the saugatuck today for an hour and got a couple little spotted bass. All I had with me where small inline spinners and an ultralight rod with 4lb test. With this wind, I wasn't able to cast very far at all, so I went under the bridge at the far north of the lake, that's where I caught my fish. I plan to go there and throw some bigger lures and live bait on the main lake in the near future if it's not so windy.

I think they where hybrids of largemouth and spotted bass, not exactly sure.

Message:
Spotted bass are only found in the Midwest and parts of the Southeast. Largemouths and smallmouths are the bass you find in the Saugy.
