Fish Tale

Well I need a post to put a link in to Photobucket. Here is a tale. When in my teens, a few of us used to fish a reservoir a lot. It was off limits but we had no trouble. We all caught a lot of bass, for years, but all were only a lb or two. I have never got a big bass like you all get, all the time (grrrr). One day my friend calls out OMG. I look, and in our normal spot, is a bass like three feet long. The sun was on him and you could see it was a normal shaped and colored bass, but huge. I saw a pic, on here, yesterday that looks real faked, of a guy holding a bass, and it was more or less what we saw. The next year, I saw a tail of about a foot high behind a big rock and his head was sticking out the other side of the rock. It was like eight feet away. The same fish, I guessed. I tossed a little popper and he bolted. Thats my tale and its true.
