Great fall so far

I've been so lazy lately, not uploading to my youtube channel, not replying on posts, not making posts about my fishing trips. I didnt even make a post or youtube video about my trip to the bahamas. Im back now and hopefully ill have some tim eto do some of these things.
Lemme just say candlewood is fantastic this time of year. Ive been going twice per week catching 15 smallmouth on shiners all from 3-6lbs. Amazing fights from the smallmouths. I even got some on video, and got many pictures of this beautiful fish.
Ive gone to a couple other places from shore, lillinonah, zoar, and a few ponds and nothing. Absolutely nothing. Im so tired of going 4-8 hours to places and not even seeing a fish breaking the surface. So really the only place ill go fishing is candlewood (unless i head up north to winchester, mount tom, bantam, etc.).Ive been itching to go on a camping trip so l;ast week at zoar i decided to make a fire and cook a sunny for lunch! It tasted horrible but it was a cool experience.
Im most likely going to be fishing candlewood again this weekend cause of the excellent fishing so far. If i do go fishing ill definitaly make a post. Good luck everyone!!!
