Hit Seaside Park and Remington starting around 3pm while high tide for Bridgeport was scheduled for 4:04pm. Started off with my basic setup and lures I threw included croaker Saltwater Skitter Pop SSP-9, original pearl shad Flat Rap FLR-10, glass minnow Husky Jerk HJ-12, bleeding pearl Jointed J-11, chrome Flat Rap FLR-10, spotted minnow Saltwater X-Rap, purple gold Clackin Rap CNR-7, purpledescent Shallow Shad Rap SSR-9, and chrome Skitter Pop SP-9. Caught 2 snappers on the HJ-12 and 1 on the SXR-10. Decided to take my light action freshwater setup out and play with the snappers. Stuck with my trusty glass minnow Husky Jerk HJ-6. Landed a total of 6 and had many hits and lost a number. Once things slowed down with the snappers as the tide started getting lower, I switched back over to my basic setup. Played with a few of the lures I tried earlier and only got 1 explosion on the SSP-9. Hit the road around 6:20pm.
