Does anyone know why you are not allowed to use additional weight on the line when fishing for AS on the Naugy?

I think that it has something to do with trying to prevent the snagging of salmon.

You are probably right. I was thinking I could set up a bottom bouncing rig like I use in Pulaski for steelhead, but I guess not. What type of lures work well for the salmon on the naugy?
