I doubt it and even if it did you might be putting your life on the line cause itll probably be 1-3 inches which isnt that safe.

Valley Angler replied to my question about ice on Candlewood:
The ice has been building but still has a way to go yet. It is suppose to get cold again next week ang as long as it keeps getting below 30 at night we will be in good shape. We may have to push it (Jig and Pig Derby) out a couple of weeks in a worse case
