West Lake Reservoir 1/14 technically

Got off of work and headed to west lake reservoir with Elixir, we set up a few tip ups with shiners that didnt end up getting us anything around 12:30 am caught a good sized crappie on a UV bright Pink Tiger rapala jig with some spikes. stayed for another hour with only a few more nibbles all and all not a great trip but after the shore solid 5-6 inches even with the weather

If this is the west lake im thinking of then the days we had that cold weather only like 2 inches ofrmed on the main part of the lake? Whered you guys go on there? the cove?
