Means that fat little rodent won't see his shadow thumbup And we will have an "Early Spring".........HORRAY :!: Personally - I'm tired of this bitter cold Wx and paying for the high cost of heating. But shuuuuuuu! -> Don't tell IFN or NEF -> They'll think that Phil in Pa. is cutting in on their Wx predictions !
