Seeking help with Derby

If anyone is interested in assisting me with my upcoming derby on Candlewood on the 24th, I need a parking monitor and someone to assist with checking in contestants. I will compensate you for your help. Also, if you know of someone who is able to rent tables, chairs and a scale, let me know.
