Yeah, if anyone else went out today...yeah Went to a local lake after getting out of work early, talked a friend into going, and he met me there. I crushed the perch bite last time it was snowing on this lake, and had a big bass at the hole before losing it (you know they're big when you see the eye and it's as big a quarter). He set up one tip up, and lost steam, I set up three more and got on a jig hole. The wind was pretty good when we got there, and slowly ramped up. We stayed for about an hour and a half, and at 4:15 my buddy was ready to pull in all his gear (1 tilt). He grabbed that, and he was walking back when my flag went off, I walked over to hear a spool coasting away. I cleaned the snow from the hole and grabbed the feistiest 12" bass I've had in a while off the line. Down he went, and I decided that was the highlight of the day, and packed it up. Yeah, all I can say is at least I didn't get skunked. btw, is it Nemo? Charolette? Snowmageddon? Whatever, still caught a fish.
