What Could they be Feeding On?
Message:
Last year starting in late summer and into the early fall I was hitting largemouths at Bunnells Pond on certain lures. Later in the afternoon and into the evening is when I'd see schools of bait traveling just beneath the surface and occasionally see breaks. Any idea what types of minnows or babies it could have been that the bass were feeding on mostly? 2 certain lures that were working for me most of the time were a Rapala Flat Rap FLR-8 Original Pearl Shad and Rapala Jointed Shad Rap JSR-4 Silver Shad.

I had a feeling it would be either baby alewives or baby bluebacks
