Let me start a new thread for action this year. I fish from shore and do it often no matter what the temp is pretty much as long as I can keep ice off my tips for more then 5 minutes. Havent been getting a thing since mid January but finally at least got a good hit tonight. I was in a daze slow crawling a pre rigged 7" sluggo and wham I got slammed and dropped. Freaking woke my arse up thats for sure. Started at 5 and gave up at 8:3o when the rain and sleet started coming down. Planned on staying until the 1 that got away was at my feet! Dont think I can take much more of the skunk! :roll:

Well again no stripers but managed to snag a huge Shad tonight.
