This plug really tosses water and gets the attention of any fish in the area. Hybrid Pencil Poppers are a favorite for top water junkies up and down the coast. Solid fish producing lures, these pencils often produce fish when others won't. Their design and weighting make them an easy and effective plug to work - no matter what technique you impart, be it the traditional side-to-side thrashing, or a slower, walk-the-dog type retrieve. Nice,,But you cant beat the saltwater Chug Bug,,It floats,,has nasty rattles, you can walk it or you can just simply pop it with that loud scooping of water and listen to those rattles,,
