FIELD MICE GETTING INTO THE HOUSE!

Being we live in the country (sort of) we have always had a couple of field mouse a year get into the house and make their presence known. I saw in YANKEE magazine a gadget that emits a noise that people and pets can't hear but is supposed to drive mice crazy. Has anyone used one of these or is it just a scam. It's just like the things you put on your bumper for Deer....don't waste your time with them....Buy some traps....Much Cheaper & they work...
