Thursday slaying Paderewski Park Pond, Plainville
Message:
Decided to head out to Paderewski its on my way home form work. It was cool windy worked my way around this spot that has produced nothing but hangups and dog crap piles (steeped in a pile of crap 2 min in)..Worked my way from the main launch to the main parking lot .Threw a black grub at sum bushes got my first bass of the year about 1.5lbs. Ducks land to the left of me on a cove area, winds pick up they are on a feeding frenzy! So i decide to throw a shallow crank purple/black the second i crank fish within 1 hour 11+ bass between 2-3lbs biggest came in at 4.2lbs this fish on another day would have came in about 3lbs winds died the ducks flew to the middle island no boat so no access :( Lost 3 heavy ones it happens..
