Was at Moodus this morning and not much going on. That last storm has messed things up in there. Had a bass hit my jig so lite I thought it was just bumping a rock so I didn't set the hook. I pulled the rod up and this bass rolled up on top and got off. And I had a pickerel follow my crankbait in but didn't hit it. Then the wind started up, got a lot cooler and the clouds came with a few drops of rain. I wish it would get with the program and get warmer like it was last week. We were getting 10+ bass in a few hours.
