Another TMA
Message:
Day two at a new TMA was very successful. Started off with the first cast having a trout swipe at my lure. Kept casting and hooked into a nice 16'' brown. Was a stockie so im guessing it made its way down from where they stocked the real river and into the tma area. Kept casting and saw another chase my lure and finally hooked into another 16'' stockie brown. Moved down the river about a mile through prickers, trees, and bushes and found a nice pool. First cast got a 10'' really healthy wild brown. Didnt see too mcuh from that pool so i moved to another spot where i got another brown first cast. About 14'' wild. Kept casting and had 3 trout ambush my lure it was crazy! I continued around that area seeing trout chase my lure and managed to land 1 more that was a pig! Was about 14'' but was fat! I have picture and video but im too lazy after todays hike. Im going out tomorrow same river with my brother and two friends and hopefully some more fish. I might even try to fly fish but im not too sure if i wanna bring all of that too.
