So when the fish strikes the LEAD sinker or whatever you use for a weight falls to the bottom LITTERING the lake.

Yup TT ! -> Just like all the "tons" of toxic fumes that come out the back end of our vehicles when we drive and poisons the air we all breath ! :shock:
Or the "tons" of plastics we all dump and gets buried at the landfill which will decay in .....Oh? .... 1,000 years ! :shock:
Or all the "tons" of phosphate (fertizer) and road salt that gets washed into all our waters yearly ! :shock:
Shall I go on and on and on ?????????? :shock:
I really don't think a few weights (I use rocks in a bio-degradable cotton bag) is going to cause much littering of a lake bottom. :roll:
Caught a nylon web lawn chair one time and hooked with my anchor a shopping cart in the middle of a lake once.
A shopping cart in the middle of a lake -> Now I wonder how that got all the way out there ?????????? :shock:
Took both out and disposed of them properly ! thumbup
