Striper Program 2013

I know they are running that program where you can take a Striper longer than 22" but less than 28" again this year. I saw the places that have the vouchers.

My question is, has anyone seen the vouchers still available? The list is available below. Before taking a trip to a nearby spot, just wanted to see if I could get some feedback if any have the vouchers. Thanks!
Vouchers will be available at DEEP offices and state parks (those listed below) beginning Monday April 22.
