hello guys i've been fishing fairfield county since the mid 70's because of the west nile pesticide, red tide and a bunch of other LIS problems i gave up fishing in the late 90's thanksgiving 2011, a customer of ours gave me two $50 basspro gift cards didn't want to waste them........so here i am! :) 2012 was a "BUST" for me...until i stumbled on CT FishTalk! thanks to all the guys who help us "NEWBIES"... and BIG props to micheal :D :D :D my luck started to change after really "paying attention" to his posts!!!! 2013 has been ALL ACES so far!!! thanks!!!!

all of the above! most of the spots i used to fish in the 90's.so i pretty much knew where most were.you saved me the trouble of figuring out which fish..when,where and what to fish with i was always a "chunker".i rarely used poppers when the blues were blitzing...didn't need them :D i tried a bunch of lures last year but that turned into a HUGE and EXPENSIVE disaster when i switched to braid to get distance :oops: . i'll save that embarrassment for another post honestly...just from the detailed info parts...ive caught more bass(12"-28"') in the last month( easily 30+) than i did last year(that was only 2 in november) in the same place!!!
