Rocky neck state park jetty.

Does anyone have any Luck fishing the jetty. Which side is the best, how far up do you need to go.p, and what to use? Used shad rubber thing with jig heads. And a 6 inch minnow lure 1-3 ft depth. No luck today. Not sure why.
