Hit if very briefly, havent been in years. I have never had any luck here except for sunfish as a kid - was never exciting enough to really make it a regular spot for me. anyway Decided to fish an ultralight setup off the handicap rail spot , brought a buddy along. We both managed to hook into and then lose the same ( huge ) trout. The fishfight was excellent on 2 lb line - he musta been a few lbs at least - 1 foot from shore he shook so violently that he snapped my line and swam off with a half chart/half neon orange trout magnet in his face maybe ill return soon and try to get my bait back
