word of caution!!!
Message:
lilli has been up and down the past 3 weeks! people were told not to launch! Including one guy who said BULL SHIT at the ramp - i am going fishing! - the fire department went to the pond brook ramp only to find a boat on a trailer still on the truck stuck so deep in them mud it took a heavy duty tow truck to pull them out!
be smart! - check in first!
LAKE LILLINONAH is currently being drawn down approximately 6.5 feet from its typical minimum summer level as a flood control measure due to current Housatonic River flows and the additional rains(possibly significant)in the forecast. The use of both state launches(Route 133/steel bridge launch and Pond Brook launch) by trailered boats will not be possible.
Anglers can call First Light Power at 1‐888‐417‐
4837 for updated lake levels(and Housatonic River flow) information

Not even worth fishing either. All these storms, water changes, high and low pressure changes made all the fish go whack and wont hit ANYTHING. Two weeks ago i was slamming the fish, this weekend, couldn't even mark a decent fish. They werent even chasing schools of bait.

Just had a tournament there on Sunday 6/9 for USA Bassin, water was down 3-4ft from normal stage. Talked to a local that said the water was down about 10ft on Saturday. Overall 20 boats came out to fish and there were scattered results. We managed to piece 5 fish together for 6.8lbs and losing a solid fish in the last hour that would have helped. Haven't seen the overall results yet, but one boat had 15 pounds. Majority of the weights were in the upper 5 and 6 pound, low 7 pound range. I don't think even half the field had limits. It was a tough day with the water so low, water was extremely dirty on the main channel and fish whacked out. Water was only in low 60's, but we saw schools of 2 pounders cruising around, but swam the other way everytime, saw twin 5-6 pounders cruising the shallows and again the same thing. We saw a lot of fish in shallow, but spooky like a pre-spawn
