Daiwa Rod Warranty Service
Message:
After talking over the phone with somebody from Daiwa regarding a 3 month old rod breaking, I shipped it to the warranty center with proof of purchase and a letter regarding what happened with my name, address and phone number.
Once the package arrives within a week, how long does Daiwa's warranty service take to get back to you and how good are they about replacing? Do they also refund you the shipping cost?
