Went down to the flatts again today 3:30-7:30 PM.
The water was really moving, brown and about 2-3 feet above normal.
Used the old faithful gold bead pheasant nymph size 10. Despite the conditions i killed them.Quite the variety today.I landed around 20 fish, all on the small size. From trout, both species of bass, bluegill, fallfish, rock bass and a first from the river...a crappie.Left them biting and the other fly guys a bit disgruntled.[img:471ec044b5]http://www.ctfishtalk.com/gallery2.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=21295[/img:471ec044b5][img:471ec044b5]http://www.ctfishtalk.com/gallery2.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=21293[/img:471ec044b5][img:471ec044b5]http://www.ctfishtalk.com/gallery2.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=21291[/img:471ec044b5][img:471ec044b5]http://www.ctfishtalk.com/gallery2.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=21289[/img:471ec044b5][img:471ec044b5]http://www.ctfishtalk.com/gallery2.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=21283[/img:471ec044b5][img:471ec044b5]http://www.ctfishtalk.com/gallery2.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=21285[/img:471ec044b5][img:471ec044b5]http://www.ctfishtalk.com/gallery2.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=21281[/img:471ec044b5]
