Looking for suggestions - fishing for snapper with a toddler

I used to fish for snappers on Gulf beach, but that is unsafe to do with a toddler (3 years). Can you please recommend a good spot that is level and safe to have a 3 year old on. Stamford and nearby areas would be great! I am open to trying out other spots for different fish. Thanks.

Beach areas by the entrance to Penfield Reef would be very good. Southport Harbor, Long Beach, and Silver Sands would be other places.

in Stamford is Holly pond !!!!! Great snapper spot right at the parking area on the side of the road
