Tankerhoosen - Vernon

Did some scouting today on the Tankerhoosen. I live in Vernon and have read about the WTMA so I decided to check it out on foot. Seemed way too shallow to hold any trout. Maybe I went to the wrong section (parked on Bread and Milk and followed the stream towards Bolton Rd.). Does anyone have any good experience fishing this stream? If so, where is the best spot to enter? Thanks.
