Need Advice Looking to fish a couple tournaments

Hi I am looking to fish a couple tournaments with a buddy of mine. I have a 17' bass boat and live in Norwalk,CT. We have been browsing through this website and a ton of others and there seems to be a lot of different clubs.... We would like some advice to know what might be a good club to join that is a fun group, that is competitive but still friendly want to keep the fun a big part of it. Would like to get a couple in this year if possible at candlewood or other lakes near by. Any help is really appreciated Thanks

Tobacco Valley Bass Anglers is a good club : )...I am the tournament director for them haha. We are not a team club though so you would fish with other non boaters in the club and your buddy would fish with other boaters. If you are interested send me an email at matt.miner8@gmail.com
