haggling over price

Bill Clinton goes jogging and about half way thru his run he passes a hooker on the corner who yells "50 bucks" to which Bill promply replies "5 bucks" ! This goes on for three days and on the fourth day Hillary says she's going to Join Bill on his run. As they approach the corner Bill is trying to look as innocent as he can when the hooker yells out "SEE WHAT YOU GET FOR 5 BUCKS"
