Batterson Park

I'm gonna be in Farmington area. How's Batterson Park? Anyone with info whether it's worth trying?

For an urban runoff pond, Batterson is great, although it's infinitely better from a boat than from the shore. Keep in mind that it closes to fishing after October 31.
