I sent the link to my dad and he said he hasn't seen anything like that in the Sound since he was living right near the Reef in the 70s

AAAAAH!!! THE GOOD OLE DAYS!!! :)
last time i saw anything close to that was the late 80's!
stamford harbor...between YACHT HAVEN-EAST and YACHT HAVEN-WEST
the narrow channel turned red with blood from the bunkers! :o
20lb bluefish was the norm back then :lol:
