New to ice fishing.

Hey all, I live right near Tolland CT. Anyone have any good locations I can try out? I've never been ice fishing and looking to get into it this year. Ideally would like to catch pan fish but whatever works i guess.

If you're just getting into ice fishing, one important item you always must wear is cleats or corkers. When I first started I didn't have a pair and slipped a few times, with one almost injuring my back. Any questions on gear and tactics, feel free. Sorry I live in the busy southwest corner and not familiar with the quiet northeast corner.
