I started ice fishing last year I have always liked to fish and like learning new things. Ice fishing helps with that winter itch I can not go too long without fishing .

Welcome to the site! I always had fear for the ice until I decided to try it for the first time in 2007 and since then haven't been afraid. I agree that it takes out the winter itch and cabin fever, even though you still have rivers and streams to fish.
