I am starting a new venture that produces and sells custom tackle, and could use full/part time help. Looking for someone who has experience in making custom fishing tackle. This includes rods, reels, hard baits, and soft baits. I would prefer for you to have your own molds and supplies to do the job, but if not we can work something out.
