securing a fuel tank

trying to secure this tank as an extra when on the water. I have a small aluminum angle but thinking of using 4" angle . I have a few ideas to sure this but what are your thoughts? yea it's sideways....lol

Small ratchet strap..you need to make or get hooks to put on each side of base where fuel tank sits..then ratchet it snug
