Wepawaug river and Wooster 5/29/14

2 of my buddies came down from Manchester and we started off at Eisenhower park and the Wep" river. I will never go there again for trout fishing. The river was less than a foot deep and it was nothing short of a waste of time. I caught a dink at the bass pond then we high tailed it to Wooster. The topwater activity at Wooster was unreal. We all had success on nightcrawlers and rapalas. Lake trout, lmb, and bullhead were being caught frequently

Trout fishing at the park is tough. The reason why my buddy Mike and I go there is to just play around at the pond with bass, pick, and crappie.
