Is beseck lake re=opened

The newset DEEP fishing report states that good lmb fishing can be had in Beseck Lake. But at the bottom of the report it still has the posting of the draw down of Beseck Lake. Does anyone know the deal>

I work 1/2 mile down the street, it's still drawn down. I've yet to see anybody out there in a boat, kayak, canoe, etc.
