Okuma Ultralight 10 rod and reel setup

It may have been on another Ct fishing forum, but I bought a combo 5+ years ago
The rod has ELITE on it and the reel has elite 10 on it.
I think it was in derby Ct I got the unit.
If anyone knows the tackle shop that had these or where I can get one please let me know.
I love the setup for small brookies in the mountain streams.
