Hello fellow fisherman. I recently joined this site because my wife feels I need to spend more time in activities that deal with fishing :wink: I spend much of my free time wading in the Farmington river drifting mealies. The trout fishing has slowed down a bit but I was lucky enough to land a 24" 6.5 lb rainbow last week. I went down again last night a managed to catch 4 quality trout all 13"-16" so the fish are still there but they are getting harder to find. I also take my 12ft.boat up to West Hill on occasion but have never had much luck up there. I tried trolling lead line for the first time a while back. I spent 3 hrs. on that lake without so much as a nibble. My goal this year is to catch a kokanee. Ive heard they are a blast. Anyway just wanted to drop a line and say hello all.
