Do you have a doel fin or other type of hydrofoil on the motor? If you like the boat you may want to try one before you sell her, they are inexpensive and easy to install. I've used them on both my Maritime Skiffs and they work well. Only con to them is you may lose 2-3 mph on your top end...worth it to me.

It's a SE Sport 300 Hydrofoil. The boat's max horsepower rating is 60 and the stated weight capacity is 4 persons or 485 pounds.
