Gave it a Shot
Message:
After getting a few things done and was home by 3:30pm Thursday, I decided to take the bus to the lower tidal Pequonnock behind the terminal. Arrived around 4:30pm and stayed til 6:30pm.
Threw a number of lures which resulted in 3 hits and 1 follower all on the blueback herring LC-12. They seemed to be snarbors and snappers.
2 others were chumming and the only catch I witnessed was a dinky sea robin on a small piece of bait.
Saw a few peanut bunker jump and small grass shrimp were thick close to shore.
