Pequonnock

After Great Hollow, a buddy and I hit the Pequonnock for a short while. As we hit a few spots in 1 stretch, we each landed 1 fish. Mine was a 14" pickerel around a pound and the buddy's was an 8" bass. I lost a nice crappie on the HJ-6 while the pickerel came shooting out of nowhere as I did an aggressive jerking retrieve with a brown trout FLR-6. The buddy caught his with a shiner F-3. Nothing showed interest in topwater with the FLR-6.
