tip-ups

I have a variety of fairly inexpensive tip-ups but want to upgrade. What do you use, and why do you like them? i don`t mind spending a few bucks on quality. Thanks for some advice.

Heritage lakers. Think they're made in maine? Not sure, but they're strong and sturdy, quite simple to use, wooden (different colors too), and my favorite part is that the flag stands tall. I like having a tall flag so I can tell whether I have a flag at far distances and when it snows or you travel north you want a flag that can peak above the snow and these sure do it. Think they're usually $25-30 but I got mine for sale 50% off so I bought a lot of them. Worth the money. I also just got one of the circular ones for Xmas. Haven't used it but I wanted to try one in the past and see if the sunlight shining down the hole actually prevents fish from biting.
